FRESH GREEN PEA SOUP

Cooking Time : 7 minutes.
Preparation Time : 2 minutes.

Serves 2.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh green peas
1 small onion, chopped
2 teaspoons cornflour
1 teaspoon butter
salt and pepper to taste

Method
1.Put 2 cups of water to boil.
2.Crush the peas in a blender.
3.Heat the butter and saute the onion.
4.Add the peas, 2 cups of hot water, salt and pepper and simmer till the peas are tender.
5.Add the cornflour mixed in 2 tablespoons of water and stir well.
6.Serve hot.

Tips
Use extremely tender peas for good results.
