CUCUMBER COTTAGE CHEESE SANDWICHES
Makes 4 sandwiches. Ingredients 8 bread slices 1 cucumber 1 cup grated paneer 1 tablespoon butter 1 tablespoon green chutney salt to taste
Tips Sandwiches stay nice and fresh when wrapped in a damp cloth, plastic film or butter paper.
